God’s Word is so powerful that when spoken out loud it transforms and creates life in our individual life and surroundings. The Word of God not only creates, but it also protects us from Satan and his devices. I encourage you to read the New Testament, in particular from the Book of Romans through the Book of Jude, so you can find out who you are in Christ, what you possess and what you can do in Jesus. And, when you find out the truth you will be bold as a lion and keep Satan under your feet.
Through my many years of studying God’ Word, I have found out that if I want each day to be successful, I must put a demand in the spirit realm through speaking His Word over my life. And, I encourage you to do the same daily, so that you too can live in victory—spirit, soul and body!
Here is what I do. Before I leave the bed in the morning, I thank my Heavenly Father for the day He has made and acknowledge that I will rejoice and be glad in it. Then I speak words of faith that come directly from the Holy Bible including the following confessions:
- Holy Spirit I welcome You into my day today. You show me what to do, how to do it and when to do it, so that I am a blessing and not a curse.
- I decrease, so that You may increase. I choose to be a vessel of clay that You can work through.
- I thank You that all that I do today will bring glory and honor to my Heavenly Father, exalt the Name of Jesus and draw people to Christ.
- I thank You that You will think through my mind, speak through my lips and work through my hands.
- I thank You that all that I do will be done decently and in order with love and compassion. I am a team player and I will complete my divine assignments here on earth with joy.
- I thank You that You will reveal to me any and all errors that will try to get past my desk at work, school, and or home.
- I thank You for the creative and witty ideas that You will give me to complete all my assignments with excellence.
- I thank You that you give me wisdom and good stewardship over my finances, time, and talents, so I may be a blessing to the Body of Christ.
- I thank You that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and that Satan is defeated and under my feet.
- Heavenly Father, I thank You and declare these faith words to be so in Jesus’ Name.
